"Trevor" Team Workout (Fundraiser)
Each 4 person team will accumulate:
300 Pull-ups
400 Push-ups
500 Sit-ups
600 Squats
Only two team members can be working at a time.
Reps must be done properly and that means full range
of motion!! Note any modifications used.
Don't forget what today is about. We wouldn't be here doing this if it wasn't
for the men and women of the armed forces. They put themselves in harms way
so we don't have to. They pay the ultimate sacrifice so we can sleep soundly.
If you know anybody who is serving or has served, please tell them thank you,
for they fight for your freedom.

Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.

5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
OR
"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

Announcement!
Saturday, May 26, I will be gone to CrossFit Plano. If anyone is interested
in running the Saturday class, please let me know. Also, the Trevor Win'E Memorial Fund
workout will be held at CrossFit OKC on Monday, May 28. Workouts will begin at 12:00 pm
with a BBQ to follow. If you would like to bring something, please collaborate with me.
