World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

For time:
50 Ring Dips
Run 400 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 400 meters
50 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters

Push-ups are honest push-ups. Handstand push-ups are "nose to floor".

As Rx'd, except replacing hand stand push-ups with 50 solid hand stands against the wall (did a half hand stand push-up on the last one!)

Since I didnt time it, I'll have to measure my progress based on pints of sweat: probably around 6.

also: did girl push-ups and squats instead of handstand push ups.

24:39 roughly 20 rig dips+ 3 regular dips to =1 ring dip to make 50, pike pushups on box for handstands
