World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

MONDAY 071231

New Schedule for 2008!
Starting Tuesday January 1, 6am class will meet MWF only.

Tuesdays and Thursdays will look like this:
3pm - Open Gym
4:30pm - CrossFit
6pm - CrossFit

7 rounds for time of:

7 Bodyweight Deadlift
7 1/2 Bodyweight Thrusters
7 "L" Pull-ups

half cindy - 10 rounds

as Rx'd 14:48. then did 3x15 of GHDSU's supersetted with back extensions, then 5 min on rope alternating 50 single unders with 10 DU'S for 5 min. Then 25 squats with slosh pipe and finished with 10 clean and presses with water ball. Nice job to everyone who posted today. You all be careful tonight and have a happy new year. See ya next year!!

All pull ups some what resembled kipping pull ups. Slowly getting there. Very slowly.

As rx'd, 14:37. 175 DL, 89 Thruster, straight out "L's".
Then layed on the floor for a while 5R/5L
Then ate an apple followed by protein shake and some almonds.
Finished with some soccer ball juggling.
