World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

8:35... that's a good look for you Jeff :)

As Rx'd 7:20. Recovered and finished with 3 rounds of 10 20# wall balls, 10R/10L sledge hammer, 30 sec sprint on airdyne bike and 100 single under sprint on rope. Rest 1 min and repeat.

7:22, as rx'd. I think I beat my last time by 2-3 minutes! The push Jerks felt much stronger this time around. SDHP's still kicked my ass though.

Run 1/2 mile
50 pushups
100 situps
150 squats
Run 1/2 mile

Nice to push a jerk besides Jeff! You know Kim can wax that for you. Humor, that's why he loves me! Anyway, I think I did much better on pj's than the cj's in the mash up.
