Did CFT today. A little disappointed in my score today considering it was 25 pounds lower than my last CFT. BS 330, SP 155, DL 415. felt weak in the press today, my last CFT press was 170 and my last DL was 430, but I did improve my squat by 5 pounds. Todays score 900.

worked on my form on the snatch.
did the 3 sets of pull ups with knees bent.
still healing up from the back strain.
no time just wanted a good work out.

Used 20# sand bag for squat snatch (2 10s hanging on each side of my hand, grasping bag in middle) These were great for the ol' stabilizer muscles--that sandbag was flopping around everywhere!
