Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
Well today is my official day to start Crossfit, I can already tell I'm going to be hardcore into this no doubt. Everyone I've met has been real cool, and Jason takes the time to show proper technique. Looking forward to meeting the rest of the crew.
did "Lynne" today 5 rounds of BW bench press and Pull ups. Bench Press 14,12,11,9,8; Pull ups 28,25,21,18,20. finished with 3 sets of 10 of push up renegade rows 50# DB's, and 3x10 of ab wheel roll outs. On "Lynne" no rest between bench and pull ups except time it took to get to the bar and chalk up.
Dude, nice job Kil-o-man with the DU's. You got some mad hops for a white boy! I've been waiting for quite a while to be able to say that to you. It feels good.
