World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

i am starting to wonder why i chose to do dianne before sitting in a car for 7-8 hours and then snowboarding for two days...i didnt plan that one very well!

Okay, so I did the first 400 and decided it was too cold to run, especially since I wore shorts up to the gym!

Last time was 10-16-07, 65# was my highest attempt and failed on it.

65-65-70(PR)-70(f)-65-65-70(f)--I think this is correct. I was happy to get a PR (last highest OHS was 65 lbs. and just 1 rep.) I wish I could have kept up with you, Momo. Fun to watch you, Kim...but no way on keeping up there!!

No kidding, Laura. Kim's a beast! I think we could take her though!!
