World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Laura, Janette, and I thought which "Woman" to do! Go figure that today were supposed to do what we did yesterday :(! Oh well!!! Did do Annie as Rx'd in 16:00.

I guess you'll all have to pick another "Woman" to do today... but hopefully you won't pick tomorrows!

Just wanted to let you all know, my wife gave birth to a healthy baby girl this morning around 9:00. Be back to see you all soon!

Awesome, Casey! Congratulations. What a blessing. We've got another baby coming this April. See you sometime at the gym if you're ever able to make another morning class.
