World-Class Fitness in 100 Words:

  • Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

Thought we were doing Grace, but alas, we only did half Grace!

Ran 5K: 33:00
Had to stop and walk a bit 3 times, probably due to the pizza I ate for lunch...

10 min snatch test with 1 pood. 5R/5L for 10 min. Finished with 4 rounds of 25 push ups and 50 squats.

Grace: 8:15 as Rx'd

Finished with some back extensions and double-stinking-unders.

I have not been posting on here as my workouts have generally not coincided with what CFOKC has been doing but figured since Momo and Tabbie had some grace today I would as well.

I miss working out with everybody... much love.

9:56 Thanks to Reed and Jason for pushing me to and past the puking point... again. We'll see if this tired old body will stay together... if not, I'll go get some gorilla glue.
